Product Description
Grape Varieties: Castelão, Aragonez and Syrah
Winemaking: The grape varieties are fermented separately using the traditional method, with a short maceration period, and fermentation at a controlled temperature to ensure the retention of fruity aromas, aiming at a modern style, which is very fruity and particularly pleasant when consumed young.
Ageing: Not aged in wooden casks.
Tasting notes: Fruity aroma, dominated by nuances of fruits of the forest and strawberry conserve. In the mouth, we find flavours identical to the aromas, integrated with a smooth tannic structure.
