Sour Cherry Liqueur with fruit
Ginja or (Ginjinha) is a liqueur from Ginja Berries, created many centuries ago in Portugal with roots in the monastic tradition. Very popular ethnic drink.
Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Alcohol, Natural sour cherry aromas, food colouring, sour cherry fruits.
Alcohol: 20% Vol
Taste Notes: Brown colour, notes of sour cherry, vanilla and spices, smooth, soft and balanced in the mouth
serve pure with coffee or as a cocktail, pairs well with chocolate.
