Castellan ( 35%) – Aragonez ( 35%) – Trincadeira (30 %)
The grapes from vintage manual of our associates are unloaded and immediately stripped and crushed . Begins the fermentation at controlled temperature (25ºC – 28ºC) . During this period, the steeping is performed by the reassembly timer process , which lasts 6 days in order to promote smooth extractions.
The wine ages briefly deposits being stabilized and filtered before filling, which occurs during the period of 1 year.
The bag-in -box should rest in a cool place (about 12ºC) . This wine should be enjoyed young , so it is advisable its use over a period of 1 to 2 years . It should be drunk at a temperature of 14ºC – 16ºC.
