From our reserves of São Domingos Very Old Spirit we have selected 6 barrels we bottled in porcelain vases numbered from 1 to 5.000. The aging process of this particular batch occurred in our cellars in 20 Limousin oak barrels. We later selected the 6 which presented better characteristics and proceeded to the bottling in these distinct containers.
DISTILLATION: Alambic distillation, before malolatic fermentation, of young wines.
GRAPES: Aromatic grapes.
TASTE: Dense colour and singular bouquet, toasted notes, nuts and soft balsamic in a extreme elegant style. Good complexity in mouth, full of character given by the quality wood notes very soft and long final.
CONSUME: It should be served at 20ºC.
