JP Azeitão Rose

Winemaking: JP Azeitão Rosé 2015 is a pale pink color with floral aromas of roses and wildflowers, giving a slightly feminine profile. On the palate the first impression is enhanced floral supplemented with good acidity and structure to give a wine a fresh finish with a slight mineral note.

Ageing: Not aged in wooden casks

Tasting notes: At the tasting the wine shows a good structure, well balanced acidity with a fresh and round finish.

Gastronomy: Appetizers, shellfish, salads and light meat dishes

Serving Temperature: 8 – 10ºC
